Our salaries are regularly benchmarked externally against market trends to ensure that we are competitive to attract and retain the best people. We are proud that as an organisation we are able to operate a Performance Related Pay (PRP) scheme which allows us to reward individual performance and provides a way to progress along the salary ranges.

Pension

Blue Cross employees are automatically enrolled in the Blue Cross Group personal pension scheme, which is part of the National Pensions Trust, and managed, by our current provider Xafinity. Blue Cross presently contributes at the rate of 6% of your basic salary even if you pay less. This means that if you pay 3%, Blue Cross will still pay 6%.
