The Role
We are looking for a practicing, qualified lawyer, to help us with planning enforcement work including complex cases. In the role you will be responsible for working with other colleagues and drafting legal notices and other documents, and the conduct of proceedings.
About You
You will need excellent communication and drafting skills, along with excellent negotiation, influencing, persuasion and advocacy skills.
You will be able to provide reliable and up to date advice in the following areas of law and practice:
- Town and Country Planning.
- Litigation (criminal and civil)
- Local Government (administrative) law
- Property Law
