The Role
We’re looking for candidates with strong organisational skills and who enjoy working in a varied role to join our team on a casual basis, providing high quality administrative support across the Authority.

About the role
You’ll help ensure our services run smoothly by handling a range of administrative tasks including reception desk duties, data processing, correspondence, filing, scanning, meeting support, and responding to enquiries. You’ll work across different service areas, so no two days will be the same. Confidentiality, accuracy and a proactive approach are essential. This is a casual role, so no guaranteed hours, you would be added to our pool of Administrative Assistant Casuals and offered work when it is available.

What we’re looking for
• Proven administrative and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Accurate data entry and experience using databases
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt when priorities change
• A team focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues

Experience in minute taking, event/meeting logistics, and knowledge of Authority policies or data protection would be an advantage.
