The Role
We are looking for a Project Support Administrator Apprentice who can work as part of a small team to help facilitate our Programme Office function and ensure the smooth management of the Partnership’s administration across a range of projects.
You’ll enjoy working in a varied and quick-paced project environment, providing high quality administrative support across our programme of projects
About the role
You’ll help ensure our projects are run smoothly by working on a range of administrative tasks in support of our projects. This might include: meeting support, responding to enquiries and requests for information, data processing and recharges, filing and assisting the Programme Office Administrator in carrying out day-to-day office administration.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of different and exciting projects under the Moors for the Future Partnership programme

About the Apprenticeship
- You will study towards the Business Administration level 3 Apprenticeship standard.
- This will take approximately 18 months.
- You will also receive full training and support in the workplace learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve your apprenticeship.
What we’re looking for:
• Administrative and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt when priorities change
• A team focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues

The Moors for the Future Partnership (MFFP) are an externally funded partnership within the Peak District National Park Authority. MFFP carries out evidence-based moorland restoration programmes within the Peak District and South Pennines, liaising with funders, stakeholders, landowners and the general public.
