About the Role
You will be based at our main Bakewell offices but will need to be able to travel to other offices throughout the National Park. You will work in a small team that maintains and develops the Authority’s ICT infrastructure and information management systems and will contribute to the provision of ICT first line support across the authority. This will include maintaining desktop computers, peripheral devices and software, supporting the role out of systems and applications along with updating and maintaining associated documentation. There will be an option to undertake a work-related project.
About You
We are seeking someone who is confident, self-motivated and who shows a passion for all the work they do. You will be able to demonstrate you can support and instruct others in the use of ICT and assist people of all different levels of understanding. You will have knowledge of PC hardware, mobile computing, basic networking, operating systems. Along with experience of using Microsoft Office software and email systems.
