Executive Assistant – Administrator
Aldern House, Bakewell
£25,409 to £26,845 pro rata per annum
The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide our Chief Executive, the Management Team and the Chair of the Authority with effective and efficient administrative support.
Your duties will include:
- Organising the Chief Executives diary
- Scheduling, planning and facilitating meetings, visits and events
- Co-ordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Producing accurate briefs and agendas before meetings and events
- Drafting formal letters, reports and presentations
- Administering sickness, leave, flexi-sheets and processing expenses
- Managing our office systems, administration and filling
About You
To be considered as an Executive Assistant, you will need:
- Previous experience of working in an executive support/secretarial/PA role.
- Experience of diary management for your own work and senior colleagues
- Experience of note and minute taking
- Experience of building strong relationships
- The ability to influence and direct others in more senior posts
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office and database programs
